NY State Tattooing Regulations
New York State law does NOT permit anyone under 18 to be tattooed, regardless of parental consent.
Body Piercing Regulations
You must be 18+ to get pierced in the State of NY. If you are under 18 you must be accompanied by your parent or legal guardian. All people 18+ getting pierced must have a valid state-issued photo ID. Parents must have a valid state-issued photo ID. Legal guardians must produce paperwork indicating custody of the minor along with a photo ID. There are no exceptions.

Follow Main Street, staying right at the first traffic light by the park in the village. We are 0.7 miles from Route 9 on the right side near Cafe Con Leche.
