Mike began tattooing professionally in the early-mid 2000s before stepping away to pursue a focused career in fine art. Raised in the Village of Wappingers Falls, he went on to build an international practice, exhibiting in Paris, New York City, London, Berlin, Hong Kong, India, and Los Angeles. His work has been reviewed in The New York Times, Artforum, Frieze Magazine, and Time Out NY, and is held in private and museum collections worldwide.
With a BFA in Sculpture and Drawing, Mike brings a strong foundation in form, composition, and craft to everything he does.
In August 2024, he made the intentional decision to return to tattooing. Together, we agreed the right approach was to rebuild from the ground up - to embrace the discipline of the medium and re-earn his place within it. Since then, Mike has approached each day with humility, focus, and a genuine commitment to mastering the craft.
Mike is currently taking on select projects as he continues refining this next chapter of his practice.
